• Work on financial reports, audits, compliance, profitability analysis
• Responsible for finance operations, analysis, and business support

 1️⃣  Corporate / Business Law     

• Conduct research, draft   basic documents, support compliance & documentation tasks
• Assist drafting contracts, manage   filings, coordinate clients, support due diligence
• Draft and vet   agreements, ensure compliance, support negotiations, provide legal opinions.

2️⃣  IP Law

• Assist searches,   drafting, documentation, research and basic IP filing support.
• Prepare forms, conduct searches,   manage documents and coordinate with clients
•  Assists in patent/trademark filings, responses, legal research, hearings support. 

3️⃣  LEGAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT 

• Support outreach,   research leads, promote legal services, collaborate with CA-CS-lawyers
• Drive client acquisition, present   services, manage proposals, collaborate with CA-CS-lawyers
• Oversee firm strategy,   drive growth, lead teams. Lead business growth, expand markets, build   partnerships, collaborate with CA-CS-lawyers
